Holistic Wellness is the approach to life that focuses on the whole person and how they interact with their environment emphasizing the connection of mind, body, and spirit. The goal is to achieve balance and maximum well-being, where all parts (mind, body, and spirit) are functioning at the best level possible. With Holistic Wellness, by taking charge of one's own health, people accept responsibility for their own well-being by the choices they make.
